7. ESHC has a Safer Spaces policy (https://www.eshc.coop/about/safer-spaces-policy/), which exists to both protect members and make our expectations of members’ behaviour towards one another clear. 8. Our community, as explained in the Safer Spaces Policy and co-op principles, finds it important to fight for a world free from oppression towards social justice. This means fighting against any oppressive systems that may exist or emerge, including but not limited to: • Ableism • Anti-Muslim racism • Antisemitism • Classism • Queerphobia • Patriarchy • Racism • Sexism • Transphobia • Xenophobia • Zionism • ... We realise there are broad ways to define and fully explain these systems of oppression and concepts above. We have linked some definitions and resources (here: https://nextcloud.eshc.coop/s/SzbqNKH6NzYYZsg) but we understand there are different understandings of these. We view the co-op as a place for learning; we know that not everyone will have encountered all of these terms before. As such, inexperience with these concepts does not make you less suitable to live at the co-op. Nonetheless, we believe it is essential to share a commitment to fighting oppression in all its forms and to actively contribute to building an inclusive, respectful community. Please comment on how you engage (or might engage) with fighting these systems of oppression (or any systems of oppressions) or if you find something particularly important that you want to reflect on. This could be things like personal experiences or books you've read.

This could be using our questionnaire template (https://nextcloud.eshc.coop/s/BWnrBKPmJKYSP8X), a PowerPoint, artwork, or anything else! 16. Alongside the June 1st move-in date, we may have places for flats opening up throughout June. Are you able to move in during June, for rooms which may open up after June 1st?
